Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the garments securely in their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of all dust bags and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off & Refund
Deliver your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
